The Filters Factory was established in 1981 in the industrial city of Jeddah to produce all kinds of filters, "diesel, air, oil" used in most types of cars and trucks of various types, in addition to filters for turbines that generate electricity and all kinds of equipment filters. Quality and specifications that match the manufacturer's specifications were characteristics of the company's products.

The factory is located in the fourth phase of the industrial city in Jeddah, 28 thousand square meters. It employs about 220 workers and employees who have been trained and qualified technically to ensure the highest production quality and efficiency levels. Most of the factory’s needs of primary raw materials, such as filter paper, are imported from Germany. While the sheet is imported from Japan, and since its inception, the Almutlak Filters Factory has occupied the leading position in securing the needs of the local market and the neighboring Arab markets of filters for cars and equipment of all kinds (oil, diesel, and air). Factory obtained the ISO certificate (ISO 9002) in 2000 AD. He opened new export markets in the heart of Europe, Africa, and East Asia, and his products for turbine generator filters were approved for power stations in the Kingdom, in addition to the approval of his products by the leading transportation companies.
